Career and Vocational Training

Our Youth Career Exploration program is designed to aid students in successfully integrating into the job market. Through an in-depth curriculum with elements ranging from goal setting and assessment administration, to job shadowing and leadership training, our program ensures that each student will be supplied with the proper skills and tools necessary in order to attain, and more importantly, maintain successful employment.

In addition, our staff are trained as Community Rehabilitation Providers, assisting clients of all ages in everything from resume development to on-the-job barrier intervention and supported employment. As CRP's, Enriched Learning Center staff essentially work as personal Job Coaches, providing potential employees with the skills and support needed to reach their employment goals.
